Thank you for shopping with Chroma et Cetera. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING _ CYPRUS

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 50€. There will be an automatic weight calculation upon checkout. We will ship to your nearest ACS Courier Office based on your address and you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Please live your phone number during checkout and allow for 2-3 working days for delivery. 

If for any reason the goods are not picked up and are returned back to us, Chroma et Cetera reserves the right to charge you an additional handling fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We would be happy to ship to you anywhere in the world. Due to the sensitivity to heat currently, we do not ship wax base products but we can ship the rest of our goodies. Because of the variety of our products please send us an email so that we can offer you the best possible shipping quotation. If you are located outside the EU you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. For international shipping charges and delivery estimates please contact us at chromaetcetera@gmail.com
